| 摘 要： | 本文分析认为，中国竞技体育要达到世界一流水平，职业化改革是一个重要的突破口竞技体育职业化改革的四个阶段（社会化、实体化、市场化、产业化）是一个统一有序的整体，必须考虑到国情和社会主义初级阶段这个事实，在国家宏观调控下，建立具有中国特色的社会主义竞技体育职业化发展模式。

| Abstract: | This study concluded that professionalization reform is a breakthrough for Chinese sports to reach first-rate level in the world- The four phases of the professionalization of Chinese sports are a sequential entity. Nati0nal conditions and the fact that we are still in the elementary phase of socialismshould be put under consideration in the reform. The developing model of sports professionalization which is characteristic of Chinese elementary socialism should be established under nation macro-control. |
