| 摘 要： | 劳动者主体地位缺失，生命权没有保障，技能培训受限制是进城务工人员的权益保护的现实状况。这有政府管理上的原因，也有进城务工人员自身的因素。解决进城务工人员权益保护问题需要在健全进城务工人员权益保护的管理体系、提高进城务工人员的整体素质、营造关爱进城务工人员的氛围等方面努力。
