| 摘 要： | 采用实验对比法，对学生掌握背向滑步推铅球完整技术的情况进行探讨。实验表明：采用完整教学法能够充分调动学生练习的积极性和主动性，在课时教少的情况下更有利于掌握技术动作。

| Abstract: | The experiment of intact tecnic teaching of shot put by glissading and back direction on the students by experiment and antitheses is discussed. The results show that it can fully mobilize the positive and initiative characteristics of students by integrity teaching method, and make them master the technic movement if there are few classses. |
