| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、调查访问法、归纳法和演绎法,对体育赛事面临的主要风险及其风险管理进行了全面系统的研究,目的在于能够有针对性地对体育赛事面临的各种风险进行行之有效的管理,从而为体育赛事的顺利进行提供坚实的保证。根据风险损失作用对象的不同,将体育赛事面临的主要风险分为财产风险、人身风险、责任风险、赛事取消风险和财务风险。体育赛事风险管理的步骤和方法包括制定体育赛事风险管理计划、风险识别、风险评估、风险管理措施的选择和检查与评价等。

| Abstract: | Through literature study,investigation,comparison,induction and deduction,this paper researched into the main risks and risk management of the sports competitions in order to take effective measures in face of risks.The risks of the sports competitions were categorized into property risk,life risk,liability risk,competition cancel risk and financial risk.Processes and methods of the sports competition included risk management plan making,risk identification,risk assessment,selection and assessment of risk management measures. |
