| 摘 要： | 受金融危机影响，2009年高职应届国贸专业毕业生就业态势不再一如既往“顺风顺水”，这成为社会与学校重点关注的焦点。采用个案分析的研究方式，对2007～2009年国贸专业毕业生就业率、专业对口率和毕业生质量进行跟踪调查，并对专业对口率、岗位满意度及工资数额等数据进行分析统计，掌握了当前形势下国贸专业毕业生创业就业率及对口率“急转直下”的现状。高职院校在与企业建立多渠道的战略合作关系基础上，立足高职“两地”建设，即在校外努力搭建青年创业就业见习基地和校内创建创业基地，进行深入探讨，提出一些针对性，可操作性对策建议。

| Abstract: | Influenced by the financial crisis, the employment situation of graduates major in international economy and trade this year is no longer smooth as usual, which courted the attention of schools and society. Based on the investigation of quality of graduates, employment rate and professional counterpart rate in the past three years, as well as the quality of follow-up survey of graduates in the rate of major counterparts, job satisfaction and the amount of wages, this paper illustrates the current deteriorated situation of the employment rate and professional counterpart rate. Further, this paper indicates several effective and maneuverable suggestions like the vocational colleges should establish multi-channel cooperation with enterprises and build out-of-campus youth bases and undertaking bases inside the campus. |
