| 摘 要： | 业务流程重组 (BusinessProcessReengineering)是一种流行的组织重构方法。本文结合国内外几种较常用的业务流程重组工具和方法 ,采用价值工程中的强制确定法 (FD)和综合评价法 ,在业务流程重组中对各项活动进行分析和评价 ,为业务流程重组提供了一个定量分析工具。

The application of value engineering to business process reengineering |

| Abstract: | Business process reengineering is a popular method to organization restructuring. The paper provides a quantitative analyzing model for BPR. It analyzes all activities in enterprise by adopting a few prevalent analyzing models and using forcible decision and synthetical evaluation technique in value engineering for reference. |
