| Abstract: | The authors analyze the mental characteristic and the developmental task of vocational school students, put forward that the teaching and students' management in school should focus on using psychology, pedagogy and anthropology knowledge and understand vocational school students scientifically, evaluate students' mental condition scientifically with the guidance of Multi-intelligence theory, transfer students work from controlling style to serving style and further to develop the mental health education and vocational guidance work. |
