| 摘 要： | 近年,我国的休闲产业得到了快速发展。在休闲产业快速发展的同时,也逐渐暴露出一些亟待解决的问题。要解决这些问题,进一步发展休闲产业,一方面,需要培养更多善于经营管理的高素质休闲产业人才;另一方面,需要进一步加强对民众的休闲教育。与现行市场经济的发展要求相比、与目前休闲产业的快速发展相比,我国现有休闲产业尚未完全适应市场经济的需要和发展,休闲产业人才培养迫在眉睫,势在必行。
