| 摘 要： | 运动队管理工作是一个复杂的系统工程,这要求我们运用唯物辩证法的观点,将运动队管理工作视为一个有机整体,遵循运动员发展变化的规律来制定管理方法与措施,并按照对立统一的观点来处理当前所面临的各种复杂关系与矛盾。只有这样,才能使运动队管理工作在改革中不断发展。
