标准加入法测定食用水中铁含量

摘    要:食用水中铁的含量较低,即使采用普通的光度分析,亦难得到满意的结果。作者经过认真研究,利用邻二氮菲作为显色剂与食用水中Fe^2+(若为Fe^3+则将其还原为Fe^2+)生成一种稳定的橙红色的络合物,采用标准加入法(外推光度分析法),经过多次重复测定,得到了具有一定的可信度的测定结果。

Abstract:The iron contents in drinking water is few,it is hard to get satisfactory result even if by the generally-adopted standard addition method(extrapolation luminosity analysis).With careful research,the author got some reliable results with repeated mensurations: by using phenanthroline as color developing reagent with Fe2+(If It is Fe3+,revert it to Fe2+) in drinking water to form a steady salmon pink complex.
