| 摘 要： | 阳光体育运动是改善学生身体素质、促进学生全面发展的重要途径。通过调查研究等方法,对上海市中学生阳光体育运动的开展情况进行了深入分析,研究认为上海市中学生阳光体育运动开展仍存在动力不足、机制不健全等问题,亟需通过校内、校外等各方面协同推进阳光体育运动的开展。

| Abstract: | Sunny Sports Campaign is an important way to improve students＇ physical fitness and promote overall development of students. With the questionnaire and other methods, this article analyzed the sunny sports campaign in shanghai middle school. The results show that： there were questions in shanghai middle school such as lack of motivation and imperfect mechanism, so we should cooperate internal and external school in order to promote the conduction of Sunny Sports campaign. |
