| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中西医结合在冠心病心绞痛中的治疗效果。方法:将104例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组63例采用中西药结合治疗,对照组41例仅用西药治疗。结果:治疗组在临床疗效、心电图的有效率分别为85.7%和55.6%;对照组在临床疗效、心电图的有效率分别为66.7%和44.4%。两组比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效优于单纯西药治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of angina of coronary heart disease by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods:104 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the comparison group.63 patients in the treatment group were treated by combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine,41 patients in the comparison group were treated only by western medicine.Results:The clinical curative effect and electrocardiogram effectiveness in the treatment group were 85.7% and 55.6%;The clinical curative effect and electrocardiogram effectiveness in the comparison group were 66.7% and 44.4%.The difference between the two groups had the remarkable significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effects of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine were superior to that in the group by only western medicine. |
