论高校人本主义教学管理机制

摘    要:我国传统的高校教学管理以外在强制主导型的管理模式为主,注重制度,强调以规范约束人,由此带来压抑个性,不能调动教师积极性、主动性、创造性等问题,限制了教学目标的实现和教师的专业发展。高校应从人本理念出发,建立和形成若干人本主义的教学管理机制。

Abstract:Traditional teaching management in Chinese high school is on the basic of extrinsic coercion,which pays attention to regularity and stangards that normalize teachers .as aresult ,it canconstyain the individuality,activity and creatitity of them.futhermore,this kind of magament can limit their development and teaching plan can not be put into practice.In order to solve these problems,the author of this article discusses how to establish a humanistic teaching management in colleges.
