| 摘 要： | 目的:观察卡介菌多糖核酸注射液联合外用5-氟脲嘧啶治疗扁平疣的疗效。方法:选择2004年3月至2005年6月在荆楚理工学院附属医院就诊的89例扁平疣患者,随机分为2组:治疗组45例,应用肌肉注射卡介菌多糖核酸注射液联合外用5-氟脲嘧啶治疗;对照组44例,应用肌肉注射聚肌胞治疗,4个月后评定疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率91.11%,显著优于对照组(P<0.01);观察期间未见严重不良反应。结论:肌肉注射卡介菌多糖核酸注射液联合外用5-氟脲嘧啶治疗扁平疣安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of BCG Polysaccharide Nucleic Acid(BCG-PSN) Injection and 5-fluorouracil in patients with Verruca plana.Methods:89 patients with Verruca plana from March,2004 to June,2005 were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group(45 cases with Verruca plana were treated with BCG-PSN Injection and 5-fluorouracil) and control group(44 cases with Verruca plana were treated with polyinosinic-polyoytidylic acid).The therapeutic response was evaluated 4 months later.Results:The rate of effectiveness in the treatment group was 91.11% and was higher than that in the control group significantly(P<0.01).In the observation period,severe side effects were not found.Conclusion:BCG-PSN Injection and 5-fluorouracil is effective and safe in treatment of Verruca plana. |
