| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the causes of the industrial &commercial registration archives inquiry lawsuits from the angle of the public feature of the industrial &commercial registration archives,and then main countermeasures are proposed which include accepting the normalization by the Regulation of the People's Republic of China on the Disclosure of Government Information and developing the public feature of the industrial &commercial registration archives. |
