| Abstract: | As one of public service departments,public archives need to provide the community with more quality archival information services in the information age.Based on the analysis of connotations and features of user's perceived value,this paper analyzes the value and significance of core competence of public archives,and furthermore puts forward the construction contents of core competence of public archives. |
