| 摘 要： | 我国档案网站的项层设计就是利用系统论的方法,从全局的视角出发,围绕着档案网站的核心目标,对档案网站建设的基本需求进行总体的、全面的设计,从而建立我国档案网站建设的总体架构.顶层设计可从根本上提升我国档案网站的建设水平和层次.我国档案网站顶层设计包括档案网站的核心价值与定位、设计理念、功能需求以及管理机制等内容.
