| 摘 要： | 从“中国和平崛起论”到构建“和谐世界论”,中国的和平发展观逐步演进、丰富。和平发展观虽在周边中小国家和第三世界国家日趋得到认同,然而,西方国家对中国的和平发展观并未认同,其主要原因是西方现实主义思维和二元对立思维的影响,以及基于历史认知得出的结论。

| Abstract: | The idea of peaceful development is being perfected from the idea of Peaceful Rise to the idea of Harmonious world. Though the idea of peaceful development is obtained an increasing recognizition by middle-and-small countries around China and many developing countries, it is not the case among western developed countries. There are three major reasons, including realistic idea,,countray idea of second dimensions and historic knowledge that power must compete for hegemony. |
