高师专科生实践教学能力发展的个案研究及启示

摘    要:加强高师生实践教学能力的培养,这既是高师院校的性质决定的,又是时代要求。根据对一位高师专科生的实践教学能力发展的追踪研究,启示我们:职业目标明确、教育信念坚定、实践过程的全程性、多导师制是实践教学能力发展的必要条件。论文还就师范生技能的主体性作用的发挥、优质资源效益最大化及师范生技能培训的实践性等问题进行了讨论。
