交叉学科科学数据管理政策内容分析及启示——以地理学为例

摘    要:研究目的]随着学科间的交叉融合愈发普遍,交叉学科代表着科学领域朝向综合性发展的趋势,因此探析交叉学科中现有的科学数据管理政策进而明确相关管理内容,对指导该领域的科学数据管理活动具有重要的指导意义。研究方法]以地理学这一典型的交叉学科为例,通过网络调研,选取中、英、美、澳四个国家地理学科领域的25份科学数据管理政策,采用内容分析法对政策文本进行了详细分析,以便揭示适用于交叉学科领域的科学数据管理内容。研究结论]基于科学数据生命周期理论,构建了相对完善的科学数据管理政策内容框架来指导交叉学科的科学数据管理活动;此外,对科学数据管理流程中的重要环节提出了建议,包括宏观政策制定、数据管理计划、数据创建与收集、元数据选择与使用、数据的分类管理、人员培训和权责划分。

Abstract:Research purpose]As barriers between traditional disciplines have been broken,the integration between disciplines become increasingly widespread.Inter-disciplines represent the trend of science towards comprehensive development.Therefore,it is of great research value and practical significance to formulate reasonable and perfect research data management policies by investigating policy contents in the interdisciplinary fields.Research method]Taking geography,a typical interdiscipline,as a case example,this research systematically selected research data management policies in the field of geography in China,Britain,America,and Australia by online investigation.It adopted the content analysis method to code policy texts in order to reveal research data management contents which suit interdisciplinary fields.Research conclusion]Based on the above findings,this research constructed a relatively complete research data management policy content framework model,according to the data life cycle theory,to instruct relevant practices.Moreover,it proposed suggestions for the interdisciplinary research data management practices and associated policy formulation regarding its key content constituents,including the perspective of data life cycle in policy making,data plan,data creation and collection,selection and use of metadata,data classification management,personnel training and division of rights and responsibilities.
