| 摘 要： | 新形势下,为建设高水平、高素质的高校海外高层次人才队伍,高校需要以海外高层次人才引育工作为着力点,持续优化统战工作机制。通过分析高校海外高层次人才队伍的特点,文章提出了提升海外高层次人才队伍思想建设成效、做好海外高层次人才的引进工作、加大青年海外教师的培养力度和深化人才职称改革等方面的措施,为高校海外高层次人才引育与统战工作的实施提供了思路与对策。
