无障碍网络学习环境的设计——从认知障碍者学习需求角度的分析

摘    要:认知障碍学习者是应被包容、受惠于网络环境,但又容易被忽视和排斥的重要受众群体。本文分析了认知障碍学习者的认知特征、网络学习需求及其与无障碍网络学习环境的关系,并把他们纳入网页设计目标群中,推荐一系列认知障碍学习者需求的无障碍网络学习环境设计的实践策略,为认知障碍学习者创造一个信息公平的无障碍网络教育环境。

Abstract:Cognitive disability should be forgiven and benefited from the network, but they are also the important audiences who are ignored and repelled constantly by network developers. This paper has analyzed the cognitive characteristics, network learning environment of cognitive disability and their relationship, bring them into webpage design object group, recommend a series of accessible learning environment design tactic from pint of cognitive disability learner, create an accessible network environment of fair information for cognitive disability.
