| 摘 要： | 西藏林芝地区属雅鲁藏布江下游，农业人口，耕地面积、粮食产量等虽占全自治区的10%左右，但从农业气候资源状况与潜力看，该区农业发展将对全自治区农业发展有重要作用。因此，本文在对林芝地区农业北京的简要论述基础上，重点对该区农业发展至关重要的5个战略问题进行了较为详尽的探讨，它们是粮食发展战略、玉米种植发展战略、作物结构调整战略、多熟种植发展战略及农业发展道路。

| Abstract: | Nyingchi Prefecture in the east of Xizang Autonomous Region, straddling the lower reaches of Yarlungzangbo River, has the advantage of humid and semi-humid climatic resources compared with the rest areas in Xizang. So, the potentiality of exploitaing the agro-climatic resources is great. Further, the situation of the economic reform and merket economy of China provide a new opportunity and option of the agricultural development for the Region. Two mouths survey of last year made a lasting impression on the authors, and for the purpose of causing a heated discussion on the agricultural development. This paper, based on the discussion of the agricultural background of the Region, put forwarded all of the five strategic problems of agricultural development in this Region. |
