| 摘 要： | 需要创新性人才的知识经济时代给21世纪大学武术教师的素质提出了更高的要求。为适应新世纪赋予武术教师的使命,为达到发扬传统、弘扬民族文化的需求,为迎接奥运对大学武术教师提出的挑战,每一位大学武术教师必须认清自己的艰巨任务,认识自己的素质,才能在巨大的压力下为国家培养出符合要求的人才,才能不负于自己的职责。

| Abstract: | The intellectual economy era of demanding creative talents replies new requirements to the university Wushu teachers in 21 century. For adapting to the higher century's demanding ,for attaching to carry on tradition and national culture, facing to the 2008 Olymtic Game's challenging, univercity, Wushu teacher must recognise his own arduous mission ,must knowledge his own qulity and then foster talents who would educate with the national demanding talents, and then live up to his obligation . |
