摘    要:传统的课程评价理论是价值中立取向的,视课程评价为事实判断活动,将人与物等量齐观,这造成了课程评价实践中的许多弊端。课程评价改革应该从对人的价值重新认识出发,不但要评价人的工具价值,更要关注人的内在价值和交往价值。只有这样,课程评价才能促进被评者的全面发展。

Abstract:The traditional curriculum evaluation theory is oriented by value neutrality. It considers curriculum evaluation as the act of judging facts and treats human being as inanimate object,which has caused many defects in the curriculum evaluation practice. Curriculum evaluation reform should begin with re-understanding of human values. Curriculum evaluation not only evaluates the tool value of human being, but also attaches more importance to the intrinsic value and association value of human being. Only in this way can curriculum evaluation promote the all - round development of the person who is evaluated.
