| 摘 要： | 我国高职教育长期以来围绕专业素质的培养而展开,使得高职学生非专业素质严重缺乏.不仅与用人单位的择才理念形成强大反差,而且制约了学生今后职业生涯的发展.本文从学生获取职业与岗位的视角.对高职非专业素质培养的意义进行了总结,并对非专业素质培养途径进行了有益的探索.

| Abstract: | The education of vocational college in our country always focused on the cultivation of professional qualitie.So the lack of non-professional quality doesn't meet the need of employer and it also limited the further development in the students'career.This paper summarizes the significances of cultivating the non-professional quality of vocational colleges' students and it also searches for the way to cultivate the non-professional qualitie of vocational colleges' students. |
