| 摘 要： | 死亡是每个人都有的恐惧，白居易也不例外，其诗歌中有大量描写衰老、疾病、死亡的诗歌，证明了他对于死亡的敏感和恐惧。为解决这个问题，他对诸家学说进行了长期探索。儒、道两家思想差别很大，但都重视现世人生，不可能解决“死亡”的威胁、恐惧问题。道教实现永生的途径和做法已被白居易证明是荒诞不经的。而佛教的理论性、系统性很强，到达彼岸的方式便于为文人士大夫所接受，且彼岸世界的有无亦难以获得明确证明。为了应对死亡的恐惧，白居易最终皈依了佛教。

| Abstract: | Death is what everyone fears and Bai Juyi is no exception. In his poetry there are a lot of poems describing age, illness and death, which prove that he was sensitive to and afraid of death. In order to solve this problem, he made a long quest journey. Although Confucianism and Taoism have different elaborations, both laid emphasis on the present life. Thus it was impossible for them to solve this frightening problem Death. As to Taoism, its way in which the eternal life was realized was proved absurd long ago. And the systematic Buddhism was strong in theory and its way to reach the other world was apt to be accepted by literati and officialdom, though the world after death could also be hardly proved. Owing to the fear of death, Bai Juyi was finally converted to Buddhism. |
