| 摘 要： | 公平对待农民工的社会保障问题,是贯彻以人为本的科学发展观和建设和谐社会的要求。我国建立在计划经济基础上的社会保障制度对农民工存在许多不公平,主要表现在农民工在社会福利和社会保险领域许多权益的缺失,其根源在于长期以来我国实行的城乡间不公正的制度和政策。文章对此提出了建立农民工社会保障体系的具体对策措施。

| Abstract: | Justice problem for peasantry worker in social security system is request that carry out science develop view and build harmonious society.China is based on planned economy,it has many unfair for peasantry worker,their many rights and interests are imperfect because unfair system and policy of city and country long time.This text puts forward some countermeasure to set up country's social security system. |
