| Abstract: | Under the conditions of establishing the harmonious campus, a full-scale grasp and a deep analysis of the student ideological condition, a thorough understanding of the student individual character and a special attention to the individual differences between students are the prerequisite, foundation and core of strengthening the pragmaticality and efficiency of the political and ideological work. Only to adapt to the development of the day, to update ideology sense constantly, to open up new ways, to probe into new approaches and to create new experience can the pragmaticality and efficiency of the political and ideological work be practically promoted. |
