| 摘 要： | 高校学生党建工作是高校进行优秀人才培养、对青年学生进行政治素质教育的重要环节之一。只有抓好学生党建工作,才能真正培养一支坚强、可靠的学生骨干队伍,并从中培养出一批具有坚定共产主义信念的青年马克思主义者。大学生入党的早期培养教育问题应引起足够的重视,对大学生党员的教育管理应采取积极有效的对策。
