镁砂种类对铝镁质浇注料性能的影响研究

摘    要:在控制基本原料的种类及其配比、粒度等条件不变的情况下,只改变加入镁砂的种类,来研究镁砂的种类对铝镁质浇注料性能的影响。结果表明:只加入一种镁砂时,加入96高纯镁砂所得到的铝镁质浇注料的使用寿命比加入96电熔镁砂时所得到的铝镁质浇注料的要长;镁砂总量不变,加入96高纯和轻烧MgO两种镁砂时所得到的铝镁质浇注料的使用寿命随着96高纯镁砂加入量的减少而降低;镁砂总量不变,加入96高纯和镁质添加剂两种镁砂时所得到的铝镁质浇注料的使用寿命随着96高纯镁砂加入量的减少而提高。

The Study of the Effect of Magnesia Type on Properties of Alumina Magnesia Castables

Abstract:Under the conditions of controlling the type,ratio and particle size of the basic raw materials unchanged,only the types of magnesia are changed,and then the effect of magnesia type on properties of alumina magnesia castables is studied.The results show:when adding only one magnesia,the life performance of alumina magnesia castables obtained by adding the 96 pure magnesia is longer than that of alumina magnesia obtained by adding the 96 fused magnesia;when the total volume of magnesia is unchanged,the life performance of alumina magnesia castables obtained by adding 96 high pure magnesia and MgO decreases with the decrease of the added volume of 96 high pure magnesia;when the total volume of magnesia is unchanged,the life performance of alumina magnesia castables obtained by adding 96 high pure magnesia and magnesium additive increases with the decrease of the added volume of 96 high pure magnesia.
