摘 要: | 组织间信任对组织间知识转移的正向影响非常显著。文章从信任对虚拟企业组织间知识转移的影响分析入手,探讨虚拟企业组织间知识转移信任机制的构建:建立了虚拟企业组织间信任——知识转移的得益矩阵;将虚拟企业的组织间信任分为初始信任阶段、信任发展阶段、信任维护阶段、信任再发展阶段等4个阶段,并建立了虚拟企业组织间知识转移的信任机制模型。

Abstract: | Inter-organizational trust has very significant positive impact for inter-organizational knowledge transfer.This paper dealt with the impact of trust to the inter-organizational knowledge transfer based on the virtual enterprise,made a virtual enterprise trust-knowledge transfer matrix,and estabilshed a trust model of the virtual enterprise's knowledge inter-organizational transfer.This article affirmed the importance of the inter-organizational trust mechanism to the virtual enterprises' knowledge transfer,it will guide the researchers to do further studies on the inter-organizational trust long-term mechanisms. |
