| 摘 要： | 在公民道德建设中 ,进行基本价值观的建设 ,具有迫切意义。所谓基本价值观 ,就是一种能够正确反映人类文明发展基本规律的、各个阶层普遍适用的、取得社会共识的、基本的价值观念 ,比如尊重人的尊严、维护个性的自由发展、发扬人道主义、讲信用等。基本价值观的形成和确立 ,将适应全面对外开放的要求 ,并促进我国社会更快地、自觉地纳入人类文明发展的共同大道

| Abstract: | In our efforts to promote civic virtues, it is very important to reconstruct social basic values, which reflect the development of civilization and are well established and widely accepted, such as respect of human dignity, free development of personality, humanism, and honesty. With the forming and developing of such social basic values, we shall smoothly carry out the open policies and advance our nation toward a better-civilized country. |
