| 摘 要： | 为全方位推进新时期大学生思想政治教育，研究了高校的德育规律，认为高校德育将出现新的发展趋势：育人为本德育为先的新理念，结构合理内容丰富的新体系，形式多样切实有效的新平台。在这种趋势下，以思想道德素质为灵魂，促进大学生全面发展成为高校德育的主要目标。

| Abstract: | To promote all-round college student ideological education in new era, the rule of university idedogical education is studied. It is considered that, a new developing trend of university iedological education is in sight： new concept -- educating people as basis and priority of ethical education; new system -- rational in structure and rich in content; new platform -- diversified in forms and efficient. The new goal of university ideological education in this new trend is to promote the all-round development of college students with ethical quality as its soul. |
