| 摘 要： | 新时期部分高校思想政治工作者理想信念发生动摇，自由主义思想严重，思想观念跟不上时代的进步，缺乏创新意识。出现这些问题的原因主要是把握不住理想信念这个灵魂，政治纪律意识不强。因此。思想政治工作者应在真学真懂真信真用理论，坚定理想信念上下功夫；各级领导应重视和关心思想政治工作者和思想政治工作，努力实现高校思想政治工作队伍思想建设的规范化、实效化和科学化，全面提高高校思想政治工作者的思想素质。

| Abstract: | There exist some tendencies of part of the ideological and political working staff at colleges in the new time that their ideal believes are unstable, liberalist ideas serious, ideological notion are backward away from the time and innovative senses are empty. The main reasons for these problems are not lacked of the soul of ideal belief and political principle. So the ideological and political working staff should study hard and understand, believe in and practice on the theories, and inhere on the ideal believes; all leaders should pay great attention to and care for the ideological and political working personnel and their doings to realize the goals of how to construct the ideological and political working staff at colleges in the new time into the conditions of regularity, efficiency and science, and to promote their ideological quality overall. |
