| 摘 要： | 乡镇企业在农村剩余劳动力转移过程中发挥着重要作用，但由于种种原因，乡镇企业发展面临许多问题，对西部农村剩余劳动力的吸纳能力有所下降。目前，应推进引导乡镇企业与农业产业化、农村城镇化的良好结合，以促进乡镇企业的进一步发展，从而增强对西部农村剩余劳动力的吸纳能力。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the role of rural enterprises in transforming the rural surplus labor, points out the falling of such power, and suggests promoting a good combination of the rural enterprises with rural industrialization and mini urbanization for their further development, so as to uplift their capability to take in the rural surplus labor. |
