| 摘 要： | 大学在不同的语境中所指不同。理想中,作为学术共同体的大学是一种理念大学,而现实中,大学主要是一种制度性的存在。随着理念大学退化成为大学理念,大学制度化铸就了制度大学。今天理念大学正在消逝,制度大学全面凯旋。在理念大学与制度大学此消彼涨的同时,伴随着信息技术的飞速发展,虚拟的电子大学正在崛起。作为信息技术的产物,电子大学的兴起既丰富了人们对大学的理解,也颠覆了大学的传统形象,为现代大学的转型增加了新的不确定性。
