摘    要:女大学生对传统社会性别角色的认同,导致她们对就业市场上性别歧视的视而不见、认同与容忍,这种态度再生与强化了性别歧视现象。而女大学生之所以有这种态度,是性别不平等、男性中心的性别文化意识建构的结果。此外,中国妇女解放运动过程中女性主体意识的淡薄,也助长了这种态度。要解决性别歧视问题,女性意识的觉醒首当其冲。

Abstract:Female graduates accept the concept of stereotyped gender role,so they often turn a blind eye to gender discrimination in the job market,and also accept and tolerate it.
