| 摘 要： | 高等教育分类是一个涉及政府、高校、社会等多方利益,涵盖纵向分层和横向分类的系统工程。我国高等教育分类带有明显的行政主导、纵向分层的特征,高校之间层层攀高、盲目求全求大,严重影响到高等教育的多样化发展。合理的高等教育分类应以多元化为指导、多样性为特征,在遵循高等教育学术特性的基础上通过政府调控、市场调节、高校自主来共同推进。

| Abstract: | The classification of higher education is a hierarchy and assortment system which involves the profits of government, society and university . In China, the classification of higher education presents the characters of government guiding, hierarchy stressing, etc, which results in universities developing assembly. Based on the university's academic character,following the multivariate guiding, the reasonable classification of higher education need government, society and university participate jointly. |
