| 摘 要： | 专业学位作为具有职业背景的一种学位,为培养特定职业高层次专门人才而设置,但目前的发展状况与我国经济和社会发展需求之间存在较大的矛盾。为此应明晰全日制专业硕士学位的本质特征,对其现状及培养过程中存在的问题进行剖析,从专业学位的地位、培养方案、课程设置、导师制度、招生对象、培养方式和质量评价体系等方面加以改进,以提高全日制专业学位研究生的培养质量。
