| 摘 要： | 文章明确了中国城市化低碳战略的基本内涵,分析了中国城市化低碳战略的发展路径,强调在更新思想观念的基础上,改变高消费生活方式,完善体制建设,创新应用低碳技术以及进行碳生态评价的思路和方法。介绍了＂环境和学＂、＂单元城市＂、＂智能城网＂等环境新思想、城市发展新模式以及城市能源新系统的主要观点及技术路线,阐述了实施城市化低碳发展战略是中华民族伟大复兴的机遇。
