| 摘 要： | 终身学习的现代内涵，是指在时间观念上，变一次性学习为终身学习；在空间观念上，变封闭的学校学习为开放的社会学习；在价值观念上，变学历学习为学力学习。践行终身学习理念，要建立行政上的终身学习推进体制，要健全各种教育设施，同时要积极进行终身学习成果的评价和认证。

| Abstract: | The connotation of life-long learning reflects on changes in several aspects.In time concept learning once has changed into life-long learning. In space concept, closed-school learning has changed into open society learning. In concept of value learning for diploma has changed into learning for ability. To put the fheory into practice, administrative life-long learning system must be set up. So are all kinds of educational installation. The evaluation and certification for the results of life-long learning must be carried out. |
