| Abstract: | Metaphor is one of the most powerful rhetorical means of human language. According to the composition and structure of metaphor, this paper mainly discusses the psychological theory of the metaphor' s formation process and its ingenious application in literary works. The metaphor' s creation, usage, understanding and appreciation has positive significance in improving and enriching the aesthetic taste. |
