| 摘 要： | 主要从大学生科技创新能力的内涵和特征、培养实施方案和实践探索等方面对大学生科技创新能力的培养理论和实践进行系统研究,构建了创新人才培养目标指导下的分年级的课程与实践培养体系,探索了分层次、有衔接的"三课堂"培养实践。
