| 摘 要： | 新建本科院校生物专业具有生源水平偏低、高水平师资欠缺、地处中小城市、办学条件差等特点，其办学层次属于教学型院校，培养规格应定位在为地方经济培养应用型高级专门人才．培养途径为：加强师资队伍建设；创新教学模式，提高教学质量；加强实践教学环节；加强教学质量监控和评价体系．

| Abstract: | Biological specialty in newly-built universities has the following features:the level of student source is low; college is located in small and medium-sized cities;the conditions of schooling is poor;and the level of schooling belongs to teaching institutions.Training requirements should be targeted for the training of the advanced application talents in local economy.The effective approaches to personnel training are:to strengthen the team work of the teachers,innovate teaching mode,improve the quality of teaching and practice of teaching,and strengthen the teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system. |
