| 摘 要： | 高职院校辅导员年轻化是辅导员队伍建设的一个趋势,刚刚毕业的本科、硕士是这支队伍的主力军,在队伍活力增加的同时,也带来了不少压力,新上岗辅导员如何尽快转变角色、适应工作、充实经验等都成了问题.这就需要新上岗辅导员做到以下几点：明确辅导员职责,进行合理的自我定位;熟悉高职院校学生特点,提高工作的针对性;善于学习交流,借助各种力量提升工作效率;与时俱进,不断提升自己的综合素质.

| Abstract: | The High Vocational College Assistants shows a younger trend now. The new graduates of bache- lors and masters are the main force of this team. At the same time of the increased activity, it also brings a lot of pressures. How to change the role, adapt the work and enrich experience all becomes new problems. This requires new assistants do the following： making clear the responsibility, carrying on the reasonable localization, being fa- miliar with the characteristics of the students in higher vocational colleges, improving the pertinence of the work, being good at learning and communicating, enhancing the work efficiency by a variety of forces, keeping pace with the times and constantly improving their own comprehensive quality. |
