| 摘 要： | 济南市软实力建设既有优势、又有不足,主要优势体现在拥有丰富的历史和人文资源,其中泉水作为济南市特有的资源,在济南的文化软实力建设中享有重要地位.但对于既有资源的继承和利用不足是济南市软实力建设中存在的重要问题.为把济南市建设成为有特色、有个性、有灵魂的文化强市,泉水文化应该得到重视和发展.着力发展政府主导、全民参与的保泉、护泉活动,促进泉水相关产业的发展是今后济南市泉水文化建设和提升软实力的重点.

| Abstract: | ＂Soft power＂, as an emerging science, is getting more and more national attention. Compared with the planned economy system, under the system of market economy, more and more local places were granted autonomy in the economic development. City exchanges and cooperation develops quickly. The market mechanism in the allocation of resources is to play a more and more important role and various economic elements and human resources in space and regional flow field is wide. These resources and elements will flow to where soft power is strong, because soft power is just like a magnet. Therefore, how to make good use of soft power to attract more manpower, material resources is to become the focus of competition between cities. This article reveals the condi- tion of the soft power in Jinan, summarizes the spring culture should be put more emphasis and focus. I try to put forward to expand the advantages, eliminate the disadvantages through some suggestions and thinking, hoping that will play a constructive role be helpful in the planning and development of Jinan in the future. |
