| 摘 要： | 高校实验室作为实践性教学的主要基地之一,已经成为新时期培养创新型人才及建设研究型大学不可缺少的重要组成部分。针对目前高校实验室建设管理中存在的不足,以人—机—环系统观点为基础,将高校实验室的健康运行看做由人(教师)、机(实验仪器)和环境(管理制度)组成的闭环,认为实验教师是根本、仪器设备是基础、管理制度是关键,只有三者协调发展,才能真正将人才培养目标落到实处,也才能真正实现高校实验室的价值。
