| 摘 要： | 学分制信息平台的搭建,给地方高校的学生管理工作提出新的挑战。为此,学生管理工作必须积极探索并建立以学生为中心、以学习管理为主线、以学生个性化的发展为目标、以"专职学生管理干部、辅导员和学业导师"为主体、以学生自治组织和各种学生服务中心为辅助的学生管理体系和新的工作运行机制。
