| 摘 要： | 在最适pH值条件下,昆明裂腹鱼胃、前肠、中肠、后肠和肝等主要消化器官淀粉酶活性分别为669.5、789.23、796.86、761.51和774.09,淀粉酶活性最高的是中肠,最低的是胃。其最适pH在7.4到8.6之间。

| Abstract: | In most suitable pH condition, the amylase activeness of the stomach, foregut, middle intestines, hindgut and liver and so on main alimentary organs from Schizothorax graham is 669.5, 789.23, 796.86, 761.51 and 774.09, respectively. The amylase activeness of the middle intestines is highest, that of the stomach is lowest. The most suitable pH of the assimilative organs is between.7.4 and 8.6. |
